The Bulgarian city of Dobrich has joined the iLove family, becoming the second Smart City to implement the interactive platform (developed by Horizon Software Solutions Lt.) to better serve it`s citizens, tourists and local businesses.

iLoveVarna mobile app was developed by Horizon Software Solutions in order to offer citizens and visitors of the city a unique customer experience and to provide access to a variety of attractive offers and loyalty programs.
