ELIGIBILITY
The "App Sweepstakes
Programs" (the "Prize draws"), are sponsored by Horizon Software
Solutions Ltd. ("HSS"). These Prize draws are governed by these
official rules ("Rules"). By participating in the Prize draws, you
agree to abide by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and
understand that the results of the Prize draws, as determined by HSS and its
agents, are final in all respects. The Prize draws are subject to all state and
local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited by law. These Prize
draws are open to Bulgarian residents, who are 18 years of age or older as of
the entry date and have a valid App account and have downloaded
the App. HSS employees are not eligible.
These Prize draws (sweepstakes)
are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with,
Apple, Inc. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Prize draws (sweepstakes)
should be directed to HSS, and not Apple.
ENTRY PERIOD
The entry period for the Prize draws (the " Prize draws Period") vary and will be defined
in each Prize draw.
HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Prize draws the following ways
during the Prize draw Period:
Entry in the Application: Go to the Offers screen
in the Application, select a Prize draw (if available) to enter and tap the confirm
entry button.
Limit one entry per person per Prize
draw.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION
If there are one or more eligible entries, a winner
will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received for each of
the Prize draws within seven days of the end of the Prize draw Period. Winners
will be announced at the official facebook page https://www.facebook.com/bulgariancinemaapp/.
Potential winners will be notified also by email or by phone (given that any of
these contact details have been provided by him/her in the mobile app user
profile) within three days of the drawing date. If the winner cannot be
contacted, is disqualified, or the prize cannot be delivered for any reason, a
prize will remain unclaimed. The odds of winning of each Prize draw are
dependent on the number of Prize draw entries.
PRIZE DETAILS
The prize for each of the Prize draws is described
on the Prize draw/Reward screen of the Applications. HSS reserves the right to
change the prize to one of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. HSS
expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any
person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize
awarded. HSS makes no representation or warranties concerning the appearance,
safety or performance of the prize awarded. The prize is non-transferable and
is not redeemable for cash.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
- If HSS
requests additional information or the completion of additional forms,
potential winners must respond within seven days of notice with all
information requested from HSS for HSS to deliver the prize. Failure to respond
within seven days of notice will indicate definitively that the prize has
been declined and an alternative winner will be selected.
- All
expenses or costs associated with acceptance of the prize not provided for
in these Rules, including any applicable taxes, are the responsibility of
the winner.
PRIVACY AND USE OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
- By
entering, except where prohibited by law, you are granting HSS permission
to announce your name and entry content in any media in perpetuity for
advertising and publicity purposes.
- The Prize
draws are also governed by the HSS Terms and Conditions, which may be

- HSS
reserves the right to publish your first name, last initial, and city.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the Prize draws are not capable of running as
planned, HSS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Prize draws and select winners from among all otherwise
eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Persons found tampering
with the Prize draws in any way whatsoever to gain an unfair advantage,
violating the fair play or spirit of the rules, or abusing any aspect of this Prize
draws will be disqualified. HSS reserves the right to correct any
typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors, including,
without limitation, computer errors that erroneously award prizes.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Prize draw, you agree to indemnify,
release and hold harmless Horizon Software Solutions Ltd., and its affiliates,
including administrators, advertising and promotional agencies, attorneys, and
all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents
(collectively "Released Parties") from any liability, damages, losses
or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your
participation in the Prize draws and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize
that may be won. Released Parties do not make any warranties, express or
implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the prize. Released
Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from
access to or the download of information or materials connected with the Prize
draws.
DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, all issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and
enforceability of these Rules, or rights and obligations of entrants and HSS in
connection with this Prize draw, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the substantive laws of the United Kingdom without giving
effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would
cause the application of any other state's laws. By entering, entrants consent
to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and local courts located in London,
